Appointment of Director
Energy Technologies Limited (ASX: EGY) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Philip W. Dulhunty as a director of the company. Mr Philip Dulhunty has joined the Board of the company, effective today.
Mr Dulhunty was previously a long term Director of EGY and a founder of the Dulhunty Power group. He is returning to the Board and brings a wealth of experience and a strong commercial background to the Board.
Mr Alfred Chown, the Managing Director and Acting Chairman of EGY said: "I welcome Philip Dulhunty back to the Board and am sure that his practical approach will assist in driving the success of EGY and its businesses."
Mr Dulhunty will be a member of the Remuneration committee.
