Retirement of Director
The Board of Energy Technologies Limited (EGY) announces the resignation of its Director Mr Michael D. Butcherine effective immediately. Mr Butcherine retires for personal reasons.
The company is grateful for the support and generous service of Mr Butcherine during his time as a Director of EGY. Mr Butcherine has agreed to continue to provide legal advice to EGY as required under normal commercial arrangements.
