ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

Energy One Acquires Software Business

Energy One Limited (ASX:EOL) is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement for the acquisition of a business providing software and services to Australian gas companies.

A number of conditions precedents have to be met before the acquisition is finalised. We anticipate the necessary precedents will be completed over the next two to three months at which point we will provide further details relating to the acquisition.

The purchase will be funded using available cash and is forecast to be earnings accretive.
