Energy One Limited ACN 076 583 018 (the "Company") - IPO and ASX listing and quotation - initial directors' interest notices

The Company's share offer closed on 19 December 2006, successfully raising \$10 million. The Company was admitted to the official list of the ASX on Friday 12 January 2007 and its shares will be quoted on the ASX as from Ham today, Monday 15 January 2007.

The Company expects to continue to have sufficient working capital after 30 June 2007 in the normal course of carrying on business. It is anticipated that working capital post 30 June 2007 will be funded through the ordinary course of business and the Company's banking facilities.

Attached to this announcement, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.19A, are initial directors' interest notices (Appendix 3X) in respect of each of the Company's directors:

• Vaughan Busby; and $(b)$
• Andrew Bonwick. $(c)$
