8 November 2021
Energy One Limited (ASX : EOL)
Annual General Meeting 10am 12 November 2021
Live AGM meeting link details
Given ongoing health risks and challenges to in person attendance created by Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic the company advises that the AGM will be held by teleconference and webcast only with no in person attendance. Shareholder registration and live voting will be available via the link below. Shareholders will be able to ask questions by way of the teleconference line. The Board reserves the right to limit the number of questions asked by an individual shareholder to ensure adequate opportunity is provided to all shareholders present to ask, and have questions answered.
Even where a shareholder intends to virtually attend the AGM, the Company strongly encourages shareholders to consider an additional, alternative method of participation at the AGM such as appointing the chairperson as proxy with directions on how to vote each item of business. Shareholders are strongly advised to complete their proxies online no later than 10am on 10 November 2021.
Please give consideration to submitting questions ahead of the AGM by way of email to [email protected] and participating in the teleconference, the details of which are below as you will not be able to attend in person.
You can connect to the AGM live by way of the link below or alternately by telephone only with registration and the teleconference number included in the attached user guide:
https://meetings.linkgroup.com/EOL21
The attached user guide steps through the process for registering, asking a question and voting. We ask shareholders to familiarise themselves with the relevant steps. No access to the teleconference is possible until 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time of the AGM.
