Initial Director’s Interest

Energy Metals Limited (ASX: EME) wishes to correct the relevant interest in securities held by the Company’s non-executive director, Mr Zhong, Yu, as stated in the Appendix 3X released to the market on 9 December 2010.

The relevant interests in securities of which the director is not the registered holder for Mr Zhong, Yu was originally shown as nil. This has now been amended, in the attached updated Appendix 3X, to show the correct total interest of 19,472,773 ordinary shares.
