BOARD CHANGES
Energy Metals Limited (ASX: EME) is pleased to announce that the Board has appointed Mr Yusheng Cai a Non-executive Director of the Company, effective from today.
Mr Cai is a senior engineer with over 20 years’ experience in engineering industry. He holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from University of Tokyo, Japan. Before he joined CGN Uranium Resources Co. Ltd (“CGNPC-URC”) he worked as project manager for Taisei Corporation and Bechtel Group. Mr Cai has been a senior executive of CGN Uranium Resources Co. Ltd (“CGN URC”) since 2006. He is currently the Deputy General Manager and Chief Information Security Officer of CGNPC-URC.
Energy Metals also advises that Mr Fei He has resigned from the Board, effective today.
The Board would like to thank Mr He for his effort and support in the past and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
