BOARD CHANGES
Energy Metals Limited (ASX: EME) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jun Zhou as a Non-executive Director of the Company, effective today.
Mr Zhou is a qualified accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in finance and corporate management. He earned a Master of Economics in 1999 and has worked as a senior financial manager for CGNPC URC since 2008. Mr Zhou is a Certified Public Accountant. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of China Uranium Development Company Limited.
Energy Metals also advises that Ms Junmei Xu resigned from the Board, effective today.
The Board would like to thank Ms Xu for her effort in the past and wish her the best in her future endeavours.
