BOARD CHANGES

Energy Metals Limited (ASX: EME) is pleased to announce that the Board has appointed Mr Cai, Yusheng and Ms Xu, Junmei Non-executive Directors of the Company, effective from today.

Mr Cai is a senior engineer with over 15 years’ experience in engineering industry. He holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from University of Tokyo, Japan. He has worked as a senior executive for CGNPC Uranium Resources Co., Ltd (“CGNPC URC”) since 2006. He is currently the Deputy General Director of CGNPC URC.

Ms Xu is a qualified accountant with nearly 15 years’ experience in accounting and finance. She holds a Master of Management degree in Business Administration from Tsinghua University, China and has worked as a senior manager for CGNPC URC since 2013. Prior to joining the CGNPC URC, she was an audit manager of KPMG LLP.

Energy Metals is pleased that Mr Cai and Ms Xu who have rich experience and special skills agree to join the Board and believes that their appointments will greatly assist the future growth of the Company.

Energy Metals also advises that Mr He, Zuyuan and Mr Xing, Jianhua have resigned from the Board, effective today.

The Board would like to thank Mr He and Mr Xing for their great effort in building and leading the Company in the past and wishes them the best in their future endeavours.
