BOARD CHANGES
Energy Metals Limited (ASX: EME) is pleased to announce that the Board has appointed Mr Xing, Jianhua and Mr Zhang, Zimin Non-executive Directors of the Company, effective from today.
Mr Xing is a qualified accountant with nearly 20 years’ experience in accounting and finance, especially in the industry of exploration and mining. He holds a Master degree from Wuhan University of Technology and has worked as a senior manager for China General Nuclear Power Group (formerly known as China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group) since 2006. He is currently the Chief Accountant of CGNPCUranium Resources Corporation.
Mr Zhang is a senior engineer with 25 years’ experience in uranium industry. He holds a Master degree from Beijing Research Institute of Uranium Geology and has worked as a senior manager for China General Nuclear Power Group since 2008. He is currently the Chief Engineer of the Department of Overseas Business Development of CGNPC-Uranium Resources Corporation.
Energy Metals is pleased that Mr Xing and Mr Zhang who have rich experience and special skills agree to join the Board and believes that their appointments will greatly assist the future growth of the Company.
Energy Metals also advises that Ms Jin, Yunfei and Ms Cui, Zhenshu have resigned from the Board, effective today.
The Board would like to thank Ms Jin and Ms Cui for their great effort in building and leading the Company in the past and wishes them the best in their future endeavours.
