BOARD CHANGES
Energy Metals Limited (ASX: EME) is pleased to announce that the Board has appointed Ms Zhenshu Cui a Non-executive Director, effective from 24 April 2013.
Ms Cui has nearly 20 years’ experience in nuclear power business, especially in the field of developing overseas markets. She holds a Bachelor degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University and has worked as a senior manager for China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group since 2006. She is currently the Chief Officer of Resource Development Department of CGNPC-Uranium Resources Corporation.
Energy Metals is pleased that Ms Cui who has rich experience and special skills agrees to join the Board and believes that her appointment will greatly assist the future growth of the Company.
Energy Metals also advises that Dr Xinjian Peng has resigned from the Board, effective on 24 April 2013.
The Board would like to thank Dr Peng for his great effort in building and leading the Company in the past and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
