BOARD CHANGES

Energy Metals Limited (ASX: EME) is pleased to announce that the Board has appointed Dr Xinjian Peng and Ms Yunfei Jin Non-executive Directors, effective from today.

Dr Peng is a qualified engineer and has over 20 years’ experience in geology and uranium exploration. Dr Peng holds a Doctor degree of Mineral Research and Exploration. He worked for Division of Geology in China National Nuclear Corporation for 15 years before he joined CGNPC Uranium Development Company Ltd (“CGNPC-URC”) as a senior executive in 2007. Dr Peng is currently the Chief Engineer of CGNPC-URC.

Ms Jin is a qualified accountant and has over 20 years’ experience in finance and corporate governance. Ms Jin has a Master degree of Accounting. Ms Jin was a senior officer in State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Ms Jin has been appointed the Chief Finance Officer of CGNPC-URC since she joined the company in October 2011.

Energy Metals is pleased that persons with the experience and skills of the new Directors have agreed to join the Board and believes that their appointments will greatly assist the future growth of the Company.

Energy Metals also advises that Mr Bin Cui and Ms Xiaowei Zheng have resigned from the Board. Mr Bin Cui will continue to be the Chief Finance Officer of the Company.

The Board would like to thank Mr Cui and Ms Zheng for their great effort in building and leading the Company in the past and wishes them the best in their future endeavours.
