DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Energy Metals Limited (ASX: EME) advises that Mr Luo, Huachun has tendered his resignation as a Technical Director of the Company for personal reasons, effective from 15 February 2011.
The Board thanks Mr Luo for his commitment and efforts on behalf of the Company, particularly during the transition period since the completion of a proportional takeover by Chian Uranium Development Company Limited in December 2009. The Board wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
