On November 6, 2007, Energy Focus, Inc. issued a press release regarding results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, and hosted an investor conference call to discuss those results.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. A copy of the transcript of the investor conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this report.
