Final Director’s Interest Notice

As part of the process of preparing the Appendix 3Z (Final Director’s Interest Notice) for Dr Ron Watts who retired from the Board of Energy Action Limited (ASX: EAX) (“Energy Action” or “Company”) on 30 June 2017, a discrepancy was uncovered in the director interests previously notified to the ASX for Dr Ron Watts.

The attached Appendix 3Z reflects Dr Watts’ holdings for the company on the date of his retirement from the Board.
