Energy Action Limited has entered into a voluntary escrow agreement with various shareholders of Energy Action Limited and by that agreement has acquired a relevant interest in each share that is escrowed under the agreement as Energy Action Limited controls the exercise of a power to dispose of the escrowed shares.
