Energy Action appoints Nathan Francis as Executive Director, Finance and Company Secretary
Energy management and procurement company Energy Action Limited (ASX:EAX), is pleased to announce the appointment of Nathan Francis as Executive Director, Finance and Company Secretary, effective immediately.
Nathan joins Energy Action from ASX listed property group Charter Hall, where he worked for seven years in senior finance roles, including as Chief Financial Officer, incorporating the role of Company Secretary. Nathan joined Charter Hall prior to IPO as part of the senior management team that transitioned the organisation to a successful ASX 200 company.
Nathan has over 15 years’ experience, including seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. His experience spans across finance, company secretarial, risk management and compliance roles within ASX listed environments. Nathan takes over the role of Company Secretary from Energy Action’s Chief Executive Officer Val Duncan, who will continue to focus on her duties as CEO.
