Change of AGM Date
2 October 2024 (Sydney): Energy Action Limited (ASX: EAX) advises that its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been deferred by two days and will now be held at 10:00am (AEST) on Thursday, 21 November 2024.
Accordingly, the closing date for receipt of director nominations has been extended to 3 October 2024.
Further details relating to the AGM will be advised in the 2024 Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed to shareholders in due course.
