Further to the Company's reports in its financial statements1 , in respect of its activity (through wholly owned subsidiaries in Poland) for obtaining grid connection approvals, which are critical for the development and advancement of its pipeline of projects under development, the Company is pleased to update that on July 31, 2025, it received grid connection approvals for new projects in Poland with a total capacity of 840MW. Together with additional grid connection approvals received earlier in July 2025, the total amounts to approx. 1GW (the "New Grid Connection Approvals").
Accordingly, as of the date of this report, the Company has obtained grid connection approvals for additional projects in Poland, for the years 2026 - 2031, with an aggregate capacity of ~1.35GW; out of which ~880MW are for wind facilities, ~230MWp are photovoltaic facilities and ~240MW are for storage facilities. In addition, the Company submitted additional applications for grid connection approvals for projects with total capacity exceeding 2GW, which are still pending review by the Polish transmission system operator.
It is clarified that the grid connection approvals currently represent the main bottleneck and major obstacle for promoting new electricity generation facilities in Poland. Obtaining these grid connection approvals significantly reduces the development risk associated with projects at various stages of development, as well as future projects the Company may acquire.
For further details regarding the Company's activities in Poland, see Section 4.1 of the Company's Board of Directors Report in the financial statements for Q1 2025, published on May 12, 2025 (Reference No. 2025-01-032972), and Section 7 of Chapter A of the Company's Annual Report for 2024 as amended, published on March 9, 2025 (Reference No. 2025-01-015516).
It is clarified that the information provided above concerning the development of projects, their total capacity, actual construction, and connection to the electricity grid (including the timing of such connection) constitutes forward-looking statements as defined under Section 32A of the Israeli Securities Law, 1968. These events are beyond the Company's control, and at this stage, there is no certainty that they will be completed, also as described. the Company's forecasts and underlying assumptions, due, among other things, to decisions by regulatory authorities in Poland, receipt of required project approvals, market conditions, and risk factors characteristic of the Company's operations, as detailed in Section 32 of Chapter A of the Annual Report.
