Subject:Clarification Regarding the Publication of an Executive Order

Further to inquiries from investors concerning the executive order issued by President Donald Trump regarding the IRA (Inflation Reduction Act), the Company hereby clarifies that, based on initial legal advice it has received, as of the date of this report, the executive order is not expected to impact the tax benefits on which the Company relies for its operations in the United States, including those related to the Company's projects currently under construction and development.

It is clarified that, as of the date of this report, the Company is still reviewing the provisions of the order and its implications and will provide further updates should there be any material developments relevant to the company's operations.

It is clarified that the information detailed above, regarding the Company's forecasts and assessment of the anticipated impact of the executive order on the Company, constitutes forward-looking statement, as defined under Section 32A of the Securities Law, 1968.
