Subject: Receipt of Grid Connection Approvals in Poland with a Total Capacity of Approximately 1GW

Further to the Company's reports in its financial statements ¹⁰¹, regarding the Company's activities (through wholly owned subsidiaries in Poland) to obtain grid connection approvals, which are critical for the development and advancement of the Company's project pipeline in initiation, the Company is pleased to update that on July 31, 2025, grid connection approvals were received for the development and connection to the grid of new Company projects in Poland with a capacity of 840MW, and together with previous connection approvals received by the Company in July 2025, approximately 1GW ("New Connection Approvals").

Accordingly, as of the reporting date, the Company has grid connection approvals for initiated projects in Poland, for the years 2026-2031, with a total capacity of approximately 1.35GW - of which about 880MW for wind facilities, about 230MWp for photovoltaic facilities, and about 240MW for storage facilities. In addition, the Company has submitted further applications for grid connection approvals for projects with a capacity of over 2GW, which have not yet received a response from the Polish grid operator.

It should be noted that grid connection approvals currently constitute the main bottleneck and obstacle to the advancement of new electricity generation projects in Poland, and their receipt significantly reduces the entrepreneurial risk associated with projects in various stages of development as well as future projects the Company may acquire.
