Energeia AS – New share capital registered

Oslo, 9 July 2025

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Energeia AS (the "Company") published on 25 June 2025, announcing the final result of the subsequent offering raising gross proceeds of NOK 1,415,301.36 (the "Subsequent Offering").

The Subsequent Offering is now completed and the share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Offering has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 23,799,607.60 divided into 1,189,980,380 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.
