Oslo, 24 June 2025:

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Energeia AS (the “Company”) on 13 June 2025 and 17 June 2025 regarding the subsequent offering of up to 108,274,086 new shares ("Offer Shares"), at a subscription price of NOK 0.02 per Offer Share (the "Subsequent Offering").

The subscription period for the Subsequent Offering (the "Subscription Period") will expire today, 24 June 2025, at 16:30 hours (CEST).

Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by DNB Bank ASA (the "Settlement Manager"), or in the case of online subscriptions, be registered by the expiry of the Subscription Period.

Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the expiry of the Subscription Period will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
