Energeia AS – New share capital registered

Oslo, 27 January 2023:

Reference is made to the previous stock exchange notice of 12 January 2023 where Energeia AS ("Energeia" or the "Company") announced the board's approval of a capital increase and the issuance of 1,669,441 new shares in the Company. The share issue is pertaining to Fearnley Securities AS' (the "Stabilization Manager") partial exercise of the greenshoe option issued by the Company in connection with the listing of its shares on Euronext Growth Oslo in December 2022.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Norw. Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new registered share capital is thus NOK 2,384,306.24 divided into 119,215,312 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.02 per share. Each share represents one vote in the Company's general meeting.

The new shares will be issued to the Stabilization Manager and then redelivered to Jakobsen Energia AS in accordance with the terms of a share lending agreement.
