Oslo, 30 September 2025:

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements by Energeia AS (the "Company") regarding the issue of new shares in the Company pertaining to the Rights Issue and the Underwriting Commission, as defined therein, (together the "Transactions").

Following completion of the Transactions and registration of the new share capital with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, expected to take place on or about 6 October 2025, Obligo Nordic Climate Impact Fund AB's total holding of the outstanding share capital and voting rights in the Company will be reduced from approximately 50.44% to 33.6%.
