Energeia AS: Additional profit for 2022 in the Netherlands

Reference is made to the fourth quarter report 2022 where the Company estimated the power price to be used for the full year 2022 for the electricity sales in the Dutch market, including sale of green certificates and net of balancing cost, to be EUR 173 per MWh. Based on the final correction price, announced by “PBL - Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving” this morning, the final price for 2022 will be EUR 209 EUR MWh including the green certificates.

This will increase the 2022 annual revenue of the Group with NOK 4.7 million and change the net result from a loss of NOK 2 million to a profit of NOK 2.7 million.

The Company has not received confirmation from the counterparty regarding the size of the amount and must take note that such confirmation has not yet been received.
