DIRECTOR / PDMR Shareholding

London, 4 April 2024 - Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") in respect of the release of shares which vested on 28 March 2022 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan relating to the period 2019-2021 (the "LTIP") and that have been subject to a 2-year holding period. The release of shares for the LTIP includes dividend equivalent shares in respect of the interim dividends announced by the Company on 8 September 2022, 17 November 2022, 9 February 2023, 18 May 2023, 7 September 2023, 16 November 2023 and 22 February 2024 and paid on 30 September 2022, 30 December 2022, 30 March 2023, 30 June 2023, 29 September 2023, 29 December 2023 and 29 March 2024 respectively ("Interim Dividends"), and the sale of sufficient shares to cover income tax and national insurance liabilities.
