London, 31 July 2024 - Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") in respect of the transfer of the entire shareholding of Andrew Bartlett, the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, of 5,554 ordinary shares in the Company to a pension fund account in his name.

Andrew Bartlett remains the beneficial owner of these shares and accordingly, the total number of ordinary shares in the Company that Andrew Bartlett has an interest in remains unchanged at 5,554 ordinary shares.
