The information relating to the transaction carried out on 19th July 2021 (purchase of 30,000 shares at £6.40) is deleted. This information was incorrectly duplicated from the RNS announcement made on 20th July 2021 under RNS Number: 7295F (the "20 July Announcement").

The full amended text of the 21 July Announcement is shown below.  All other details in the 21 July Announcement remain unchanged.
