London, 13 June 2019 - Energean Oil and Gas plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE: אנא ג( , the oil and gas producer focused on the Mediterranean, today announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today at the offices of White & Case LLP, 5 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1DW, all resolutions put before the meeting were duly passed.
