With regard to the current report No. 3/2024 of 25 January 2024, theManagement Board of Energa SA informs about the change in publicationdates of the following Energa Capital Group's periodic reports:

- the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 - from23 May 2024 to 22 May 2024,

- the consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2024 - from 22August 2024 to 21 August 2024,

- the consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 - from14 November 2024 to 13 November 2024.

The above mentioned periodic reports will be published after the end ofthe trading session.
