Subject: Update of ENERGA Group's estimated financial results for Q42018 and for 2018

The Management Board of ENERGA SA hereby reports update of estimates ofthe Company's selected financial and operating data for Q4 2018 and for2018.

Financial and operating results for Q4 2018:

Group EBITDA: PLN 290 m, including:

Distribution Segment's EBITDA: PLN 340 m,

Generation Segment's EBITDA: PLN 95 m,

Sales Segment's EBITDA: PLN -135 m.

Gross production of electricity: 1,045 GWh,

Distribution of electricity: 5,615 GWh,

Sales of electricity (retail): 5,027 GWh.

Financial and operating results for 2018:

Group EBITDA: PLN 1,877 m, including:

Distribution Segment's EBITDA: PLN 1,704 m,

Generation Segment's EBITDA: PLN 329 m,

Sales Segment's EBITDA: PLN -85 m.

Gross production of electricity: 3,896 GWh,

Distribution of electricity: 22,542 GWh,

Sales of electricity (retail): 19,777 GWh.

Within the audit of the ENERGA Group's financial reports, conducted bythe auditor, in accordance with MSR 37 in the Business Line wasrecognized additional provision in the amount of PLN 136 m, which takesinto account the estimated impact of the Act of 28 December 2018amending the Act on Excise Duty and certain other acts, as subsequentlyamended.

The presented values are estimates and as such are subject to change.The final results will be published in the consolidated financialstatements of ENERGA Group for 2018 on 14 March 2019.
