Subject: Opinion of the ENERGA SA Supervisory Board on distribution ofthe Company's net profit for the financial year 2017

The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") hereby reports that on 25May 2018, the Company's Supervisory Board issued a positive opinion onthe Company Management Board's recommendation on distribution of theCompany's net profit earned in 2017. According to information in CurrentReport 16/2018 the Management Board decided not to recommend to theGeneral Meeting of ENERGA SA payment of dividend for the financial yearended 31 December 2017. The entire net profit for 2017 amounting to PLN106,601,622.10 will be transferred to the supplementary capital.
The Management Board's recommendation along with the opinion of theSupervisory Board will be submitted to the General Meeting, which willmake the final decision on the distribution of the Company's 2017 netprofit.
