Subject: Selection of an auditor

Legal basis: Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offerings -current and periodic information

The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") hereby reports that, inconnection with the entry into force of the Regulation of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council (UE) on specific requirements regardingstatutory audit of public-interest entities and the expected enactment,by the Polish parliament, of an act implementing the EU regulationsproviding for the minimum period of two years for which a statutoryaudit agreement should be signed, the Supervisory Board decided to carryout a procedure to elect an auditor for the years 2017-2018.

Following the procedure, which included the recommendation of the AuditCommittee, on 20 December 2016 the Company's Supervisory Board selectedthe authorized entity KPMG Audyt spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnościąsp.k. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Inflancka 4A ("KPMG") asthe statutory auditor to audit and review the financial statements andconsolidated financial statements of ENERGA SA and the ENERGA Group forthe following periods:

•in the case of audit: annual financial statements for the period ended31 December 2017 and 2018,

•in the case of a review: semi-annual financial statements for theperiod ended 30 June 2017 and 2018.

KPMG is registered in the list of entities authorized to audit financialstatements kept by the National Council of Statutory Auditors under filenumber 3546.
