The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company_quot;) informs that on 24 January2025 the Company received from its majority shareholder, ORLEN S.A., astatement informing that - pursuant to Article 385 § 2 of the PolishCode of Commercial Companies, and § 17 section 3 of the Company'sArticles of Association - as of the beginning of 1 February 2025 itappointed Mr. Paweł Olechnowicz to the Company's Supervisory Board forthe function of the Company's Supervisory Board Member.
