The Management Board of Energa SA (_quot;Company_quot;) hereby providesinformation on the Member of the Management Board of the Companyappointed on 30 January 2025 by the Supervisory Board of the Company tothe Management Board of the 7th term of office of Energa SA as of 4February 2025.

Ms. Magdalena Kamińska - Vice-President of the Management Board ofEnerga SA

Manager with several years of professional experience in financemanagement.

She is a graduate of Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk.She started her professional career in 2007 in international auditingcompanies - first EY and then Deloitte. She has been with the EnergaGroup since 2011, where, among others, she managed the finance area as aDeputy Director and then a Director of the Finance Department. Sheparticipated in strategic investment projects and obtaining financingfor the Energa Group, as well as in integration with the ORLEN Group.Since July 2024, she was the Vice-President of the Management Board ofEnerga Wytwarzanie S.A.

Currently she holds the position of President of the Management Board ofPVE 28 sp. z o.o. and Member of the Supervisory Board of Baltic ServiceOffshore Solutions sp. z o.o. (entities from the Energa Group).

Ms. Magdalena Kamińska is not engaged in any activities competitive tothe business of Energa SA, does not participate in a company competitiveto Energa SA as a partner of a civil law partnership, a partnership oras a member of a capital company body and does not participate in anyother competitive legal person as a member of its corporate bodies aswell as she is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtorsmaintained under the National Register Court Act.
