The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") reports that in connectionwith Mr. Daniel Obajtek tendering his resignation from acting in thecapacity of President of the Management Board of ENERGA SA on 5 February2018, on 6 February 2018 the Management Board adopted a resolution toentrust Ms. Alicja Barbara Klimiuk with discharging the duties of theCompany's President of the Management Board.
On 6 February 2018 the Supervisory Board accepted the decision toentrust Ms. Alicja Barbara Klimiuk, Vice-President of the ManagementBoard for Operations to discharge the duties of the President of theManagement Board of ENERGA SA.
The Company conveyed the information required by law in report no.15/2017.
