Subject: Information on newly-appointed Management Board Members -supplement to Current Report No. 12/2017

The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") hereby publishesinformation about the Company's Management Board Members appointed on 1and 2 March 2017 by the Company's Supervisory Board.
Daniel Obajtek - President of the Management Board
Since 1999 he has been active in private companies in which he servedfor 7 years in management and directorship roles; he also co-founded onecompany. Local and self-government activist. From 2002 to 2006 he was atown council member in the Municipality of Pcim. After that, from 2006to 2015 he served as its mayor. During his 9-year term of office, hesuccessfully pursued many development initiatives. He implementedsolutions contributing to leveling educational standards in schools, heimplemented EU-funded household computerization projects and heorganized training courses and workshops for less affluent households.He successfully ran many infrastructural investments. In 2015 he beganhis tenure as the President of the Agriculture Restructuring andModernization Agency, the largest payment agency in Europe with morethan 11 thousand employees in Poland's 16 regions. He streamlined theAgency's processes related to spending roughly PLN 25 billion per annumin EU and domestic funds. He ran its organizational reform and optimizedits operating expenses. He rationalized the Agency's employee salariesand he engaged in talks with the trade unions, thereby bringing to anend a collective labor dispute that had persisted for many years. In2016 he set up the Offsite Sub-Department of the IT Department to cut ITexpenses and thereby terminate the Agency's dependence on third partycompanies. Since 2016 he has also acted in the capacity of theSupervisory Board Chairman of LOTOS-Biopaliwa Sp. z o.o. and SupervisoryBoard member of DALMOR S.A. He has won many awards, including firstplace in the EURO GMINA plebiscite and second place in the plebiscitefor the Best Small Community Mayor in the Małopolski Region. He also wonrecognition as a Local Personality in the Myślenice District and aSocial Care Leader. In 2016 he took first place in Gazeta Bankowa'splebiscite to name the Leaders of Thriftiness in Poland in the categoryNewcomer of the Year in 2016. He co-authored the publication entitled"Repolonization of Poland" and "European Union Funds as a FactorEnhancing Competitiveness and the Quality of Life in the Rural Areas ofthe Podkarpacie Region". In February 2017, the Company's SupervisoryBoard adopted a resolution to appoint him to the Management Board in itsfifth term of office, entrusting him to serve in the capacity of the CEOof Energa SA.
Alicja Barbara Klimiuk - Vice-President of the Management Board forOperations
She graduated from the Management Department of the University ofGdansk. She completed the Post-Graduate Course in Management at theWarsaw School of Economics and the Post-Graduate Course in Controllingin Corporate Management at the University of Gdańsk. She has many yearsof professional experience in commercial law companies with the StateTreasury stake, including Energa SA as the President of the ManagementBoard. In the period of consolidating the Energa Group with theOstrołęka Power Plant Complex, she oversaw the process of separating thedistribution system operator, establishing an electricity tradingcompany and restructuring the Energa Group subsidiaries. In 2006-2007,she also served as a member of Supervisory Boards of companies such as:Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A. in Warsaw, Zespół Elektrowni Ostrołęka S.A.and Cergia Energetyka Toruńska S.A. In the period from 1992 to 1998, asthe Vice-President of the city of Suwałki, she oversaw the areas offinance, infrastructure investments, geodesy, zoning management andpublic utility companies. From 1998 to 2006, she was the President andVice-President of the Special Economic Zone in Suwałki responsible,among others, for overseeing infrastructure construction and developmenton the Special Economic Zone site and monitoring compliance of thebusinesses with their permits. In the period from 2008 to 2013, she ranher own business, providing investment advice and consulting on thereports on the environmental impact of investment projects. Since 2014,she has been the Director of the Technology Transfer Center at theHigher Vocational School of prof. Edward F. Szczepanik in Suwalki, whereshe executed projects co-funded by the EU focusing on the research anddevelopment work for businesses and the transfer of technology fromacademic centers to the economy.
Mr. Daniel Obajtek and Ms. Alicia Barbara Klimiuk are not engaged in anybusiness competitive to that of ENERGA SA, do not participate in anycompetitive entity as a partner in a civil law company or partnership oras a member of a corporate body of a joint stock or limited liabilitycompany and do not participate in any other competitive legal person asa member of its corporate authority, or are listed in the Register ofInsolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
