The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") announces that on 9September 2016 the Company received statements from the Minister ofEnergy informing that - pursuant to §18 section 3 point 3 of the ENERGASA Articles of Association - on 8 September 2016 it dismissed Mr. BogdanSkalski and appointed Ms. Agnieszka Terlikowska - Kulesza to theCompany's Supervisory Board.
Ms. Agnieszka Terlikowska - Kulesza will hold the position of member ofENERGA SA Supervisory Board.
Biography of the following appointed members of the Supervisory Boardand information as required by the law will be provided in the form ofan individual current report at a later date.
