Subject: Opinion of the Supervisory Board of Energa SA on covering thenet loss for 2019 from the supplementary capital

Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of MAR - inside information

The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 1 June2020 the Company's Supervisory Board issued a positive opinion on theCompany Management Board's recommendation on covering the Company's netloss for 2019. According to the information in Current Report No.47/2020 of 28 May 2020, the Management Board decided to recommend to theGeneral Meeting of Energa SA to cover the Company's net loss of PLN 374000 000 for the financial year 2019 from the supplementary capital.

The Management Board's recommendation along with the opinion of theSupervisory Board will be submitted to the General Meeting, which willmake the final decision on covering of the Company's net loss for 2019.
