linked policies managed by Mandatum Henkivakuutusosakeyhtiö in Asiakastieto
Group has declined below 5 per cent

Asiakastieto Group Plc has on 16 May 2018 received an announcement referred to
in Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the
share of ownership of Mandatum Henkivakuutusosakeyhtiö and investment funds and
unit-linked policies managed by Mandatum Henkivakuutusosakeyhtiö in Asiakastieto
Group has declined below the threshold of 5 per cent on 16 May 2018.

According to the announcement, the holdings of Mandatum Henkivakuutusosakeyhtiö
and investment funds and unit-linked policies managed by Mandatum
Henkivakuutusosakeyhtiö has fallen to 21 230 shares, corresponding to 0,14 per
cent of the company's shares and voting rights:
