AKT Holdings S.à r.l.'s holding in Asiakastieto has declined below 5 per cent

Asiakastieto Group Plc ("Asiakastieto" or the "Company") has on 20 November
2015 received an announcement referred to in Chapter 9, Section 5 of the
Securities Markets Act, according to which AKT Holdings S.à r.l.'s holding in
Asiakastieto has declined below the threshold of 5 per cent on 20 November 2015.

According to the announcement, the holding of AKT Holdings S.à r.l. has fallen
below 5 per cent of the Company's shares and voting rights.

Asiakastieto's has in total 15 102 178 shares. All shares carry equal voting
rights.
