Asiakastieto Group Oyj: Terhi Kauppi appointed as Asiakastieto's new CFO

Terhi Kauppi appointed as Asiakastieto's new CFO

As disclosed in Asiakastieto Group Plc's ("Asiakastieto" or the "Company")
prospectus, dated 13 March 2015, the Company's current CFO Eija Onkalo (aged
61) will retire from the Company at the end of September 2015, at the latest.
Due to this, the Company has appointed Terhi Kauppi, M.Sc. in Economics (aged
43), as the Company's new CFO. Kauppi will start in Asiakastieto on 1 August
2015.

Previously, Terhi Kauppi has acted as CFO of Pontos Group. Kauppi will report to
Asiakastieto's CEO Jukka Ruuska.
