REGISTRATION OF THE DEED OF MERGER BY INCORPORATION OF ENEL SOUTH AMERICA INTO ENEL

Rome, November 16th, 2017 – Enel S.p.A. ("Enel") announces that the deed of merger by incorporation of its fully owned company Enel South America S.r.l. into Enel has been registered with the Companies' Register of Rome.

The legal effects of the merger will take place as of today, whereas the accounting and tax effects will be charged on the financial statements of the incorporating company with retroactive effect from June 8th , 2017.

The deed of merger is available to the public as of today at the Company's registered office, on Enel's website (www.enel.com) and in the authorised storage mechanism "eMarketStorage" ().
