AMENDMENT TO 2025 CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS

Rome, October 17th , 2025 – Enel S.p.A. (the "Company"), as partial amendment to its 2025 calendar of events released on December 23 rd, 2024, announces that the interim financial report at September 30th , 2025 will be examined by the Company's Board of Directors in the November 13th, 2025 meeting, rather than on November 5 th, 2025. The Company also announces that the meeting with the financial community during which the Group's strategic plan update will be presented, initially planned for the month of November 2025, is scheduled in the month of February 2026, on a date to be set at a later stage.

The other dates detailed in the aforementioned press release of December 23rd, 2024, as well as the additional information contained therein, remain the same.
