Rome, June 21st, 2023 – Enel S.p.A. ("the Company"), as partial amendment to its 2023 calendar of events released on January 26 th, 2023, announces that the half-year financial report at June 30th, 2023 will be examined by the Company's Board of Directors on July 26th, 2023, rather than on July 27 th, 2023.
All other dates detailed in the aforementioned press release of January 26 th, 2023, as well as the additional information contained therein, remain the same.
