ENEL CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND GENERAL MANAGER FLAVIO CATTANEO BUYS ENEL SHARES
Rome, July 28th, 2023 – Enel S.p.A. ("Enel" or the "Company") announces that Flavio Cattaneo, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, yesterday purchased 200,000 Enel shares through a company fully controlled by him, at the weighted average price of 6.2693 euros per share. Furthermore, Mr. Cattaneo directly purchased an additional 300,000 shares at the weighted average price of 6.2738 euros per share. With these new purchases, which follow those carried out on May 31st , 2023, Flavio Cattaneo increased his portfolio to 1,500,000 Enel shares.
