APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVES
Rome, June 12th, 2023 – Enel S.p.A. ("Enel") informs that today the Chief Executive Officer Flavio Cattaneo has appointed Stefano De Angelis as Head of the Administration, Finance and Control Function and Chief Financial Officer of Enel, replacing Alberto De Paoli, who takes on the role of Head of North America and Head of Latin America.
Francesco Puntillo joins the Group as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs and Gianni Vittorio Armani joins as Head of Enel Grids.
