("Enel" or the "Company") informs that the minutes of the Noteholders' Meeting of the following subordinated non-convertible hybrid bond issued by Enel, held on December 9 th, 2021, is available to the public on the Company's website (www.enel.com), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" ():
