Refresh Acquires Fusion H[2] O
Refresh Group Limited (Refresh) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Fusion H[2] O (Fusion) from The Fusion Group Perth Pty Ltd.
Fusion’s main business is in the sale of bottled water. It currently markets still water and will have sparkling and flavoured water added to the range shortly. Fusion entered the Australian market in 2009. Within a short time, it has successfully distributed its products in Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory and has secured orders from Metcash to supply nationally. Every time you buy a bottle of Fusion H[2] O you know that 10% of the profit of that bottle of water goes back to the community through Variety Children’s Charity. Fusion General Manager, Hugh Jones said, “We had phenomenal growth since we started. We are now marketing nationally. Working through Refresh, we could do it without the need to invest in infrastructure as they are already in most major cities.”
Hugh Jones has been appointed the National Business Development Manager at Refresh. Hugh brings with him years of experience in sales and marketing which also include fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Refresh’s main business is in the home and office delivery segment of the bottled water market. Besides Neverfail, it is the only other national player in this industry. Sale of retail packs through Woolworths, Coles and IGA’s currently forms only a small part of their business.
